Programs

Our mission is to foster a better world, promoting equity, justice, and peace through sustainable, long-term solutions. We firmly believe that education is the key to achieving these goals, and it will forever remain at the core of our focus.

Hate Crime Booklets

Due to the high demand of the physical booklets, we are focusing heavily on fulfilling the nationwide need for every major county of each state. They have been translated into 14 different languages and there are more in the works! To help expand our reach more efficiently, we are accepting sponsorship for these booklets. Please contact info@throughpeace.org for more info or donate below.

Hate Crime Safety Workshop

Since 2021, Esther Young Lim, has conducted a series of Hate Crime Safety Workshop and Heal From Hate Clinics where she bridges the community, law enforcement agencies, and community based organizations to create a healthy ecosystem of access to resources, accountability, and healing. In person workshops have been conducted all throughout LA County and virtually nationwide.

Should you or your organization want to have one near you, please contact info@throughpeace.org.

Protect the Vibe Workshop

We provide workshops at local Los Angeles County schools to teach teenagers about sexual abuse, substance abuse, and matters of consent to ensure they have a memorable and empowering experience.

Fitness & Safety Workshop

We aim to empower the elderly in surrounding Los Angeles neighborhoods by building confidence through physical capabilities. We offer free group workout sessions that focus on muscle memory and strength training. Additionally, we provide a mini workshop on crime reporting and emergency preparedness during natural disasters, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Race & Bias Education

We also educate children and youth about race and bias. We teach them on how to proud of their identity, how to accept each other’s differences, how to correct discriminatory behavior, and how they can protect each other so the cycle of hate stops.
